
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (9th January 2012) – Nissan Juke-R will make its global public premiere when it takes to the streets of Dubai on Thursday 12th January at Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR), The Walk. Having taken the car enthusiast world by storm with its online development story, the Nissan Juke-R is currently the most talked about car in the world. Blending the awesome performance of Nissan’s legendary GT-R supercar with the seductive body of the Nissan Juke, the Juke-R will be the official pace car of the Dubai 24-Hour race the following day.
“Nissan Middle East is delighted to be able to give members of the public the chance to be the first to see the extraordinary Juke-R concept at close quarters,” said Syed Ahmed, General Manager, Marketing Nissan Middle East. “Juke-R showcases Nissan’s passion for innovative and exciting vehicles in a stunning concept which looks almost as thrilling as it is to drive.”
Nissan Juke-R will arrive at JBR, The Walk in the early afternoon of Thursday 12th January and remain on public display until approximately 10pm. To give visitors a full insight into the project, it will be exhibited on a stand with photos and information about the car’s development.
Just before 2pm on Friday 13th January at Dubai’s Autodrome, Juke-R will then lead the entire Dubai 24-Hour race field over the start line in its capacity as pace car.
