Bend It Like Browning Smith - Pathfinder Challenges Top Contortionist

American contortionist Daniel Browning Smith now faces a stern challenge at the Dubai motor show. “Rubber Boy” faces his greatest challenge yet – to match the Pathfinder’s flexibility with 64 different seat configurations for desired space.
Rubber Boy – ‘the world’s most flexible man’ demonstrates his skills and dislocates his arms to climb through an unstrung tennis racket while standing on one leg, and enters into a glass box (40.5 x 40.5 x 48 cm). He is now going head-to-head with the Nissan Pathfinder, his most flexible counterpart in the motoring world.
The Pathfinder is recognised as the most versatile vehicle on the road, capable of handling any role – from business commuting to weekend outings or long-range family holidays.
Rear seats can recline for rest stops and fold all the way forward to create maximum cargo space.

“We’re bringing new challenge to Dubai Motor Show”, said Abdul Ilah Wazni, SUV Brand Manger at Nissan Middle East. “With 64 possible interior seat layout configurations, Nissan Pathfinder is undoubtedly the most flexible vehicle on the market and ready to win the challenge anytime.”
The challenge takes place in four shows daily and is shown on big screens on Nissan’s motor show stand. The Rubber Boy said that the crowd he has seen around the Nissan stand is the largest in the entire Motor Show.
A five-times Guinness Records champion, one of Rubber Boy’s standard stunts is to squeeze his 1.7 metre, 61 kg frame into a small microwave oven. He has appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, ESPN’s Sports Center, Oprah Winfrey, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Cirque du Soleil, Best Damn Sports Show Period, The Discovery Channel, Men in Black 2, HBO’s Carnivale, and CSI: NY.
